Ereikousa (Diapontia Islands)

Ereikousa is a round-shaped island. Its name derives from the heather bush (reiki in Greek)which is met in abundant quantities on the island. The south coast, where the settlement Porto is located, is an immense stretch of sandy beach. A footpath leads northwards, through the lush vegetation to the Pangini beach.
