“Nikolaos Halikiopoulos Mantzaros” Music Museum

This is the museum of the Corfu Philharmonic Society, inaugurated in 2010, on the Society’s 170th year. It is the only one of its kind in Greece, providing evidence for the philharmonic’s history and development in almost 200 years. It holds important artefacts such as old instruments, paintings and photographs, student lists, original musical scores (some by the great Mantzaros), and sound documents.
